THE WITCHES

Witches have been given a very negative reputation for millennium. This was started by the male priesthood of many religions who could not compete with the natural gifts that all women are born with. Women are emotional beings with a high emphatic connection to most living creatures whether it be in a forest, by a river or in a hospital. Witches, Wicker Girls, Wise Women, Healers, Sorceresses and so-on mostly use their higher awareness to help protect themselves after so many years of persecution, or those close around them - having a witch as a friend can be very beneficial indeed.

The astral side of a human face, London
This portrait shows the face of one identical twin, with the hand of the other. The painted face, which can just be seen in the hair line, gives the image an 'other world' quality. In fact, the twins brought their own 'medium' with them who was seated in the next room. The resulting photograph was this strong and beautiful image, sublime and spiritual.

A typical Wicker girl, a gifted telepath. Well-read and a music Muse. She would sense if you were planning a visit when you were a mile away and visa-versa. A heart of kindness, but nobody’s fool.

A Sole of Warmth and Beauty that could turn into a rage in the blink-of-an-eye to protect those around her. Like most Wicker’s, there is a spiritual presence when near her.
Irish Wicker
Deeply, deeply spiritual, but of nature and not in a churchy sort of way. This girl loves water, wild European countryside and creatures, bluebells, hawks, foxes, otters, and is very fond of cats.
Micky Mantis from Dorset
The whole of the West of England, like Ireland & Wales, is full of ancient spiritual lands and sites which existed many years before any imported religions from the Middle East arrived. When the inhabitants of these Islands would communicate with the Heavens and the Earth spirits via underground waters, springs and the Great Stone Circles
Wicker Girl with wrap-around eyes
Stunningly beautiful with style, bravery, youth and kindness in abundance. You can see her strength and determination at once, and she could and would use that as a weapon in a split second should anything threaten her family or close friends

A Wicker of poise with the ability to play the game of not being seen in plain sight - once I was having a conversation with her at a friends party and it was only after, say, 5 minutes that I realised the eyes I was looking at were actually painted on her eyelids. Don’t believe me? Then look again at the eyes on the Cat.
Antalya Wicker
This is actually a very beautiful Turkish woman who radiated energy flowing out of her like a touch which I wanted to photographically capture. I took an old- fashioned flatbed print dryer, removed its polished chromium glazing sheet and mounted it on a lighting tripod. I then bent it around like an Australian Didgeridoo which elongated the Lady’s face and shot a stream of light out her eyes. Look closely.
This young female child had a very powerful presence
Remember most apparitions of Saints, Gods etc are almost always first seen by teenage girls i.e holy sites like Lourdes in France.
This piece of Photo-Art was first bought from me by a Lady of the realm for her lover Lucien Freud, arguably Britain’s best artist of the 20th century. My photo reminds me of a ghostly element of a bygone time, perhaps Victorian. The film was exposed for forty seconds (5000 times longer than a normal 125th of a second exposure), during which the young girl had her eyes closed for half the time and then open for the remainder. If you look closely, you will see her top eyelashes also appearing beneath her eyes.
90’s Wicker Girl
As humans, we all wear masks and never really show our true selves. We use a combination of clothes, hair styles, accents, mannerisms, to present to the world how we wish to appear to others. But certain photographs, normally using real film, can somehow capture the inner spirit. This spirit is clear and brightly looking into the future
The Girls
Double trouble in the nicest possible way of course. When you get two Wicker spirits together, they have a spontaneous ability to lock-together powers on a level completely unachievable by others

If you step back in time perhaps you can imagine this moment of female beauty in ancient Greece, The New Grange in Ireland, the Great Stone Circles of Europe, or even a London studio in the 20th-century when this moment was captured by Eric H.
